The Process

Four steps.
No surprises.

Most businesses waste months evaluating AI tools that weren't right for them. We do the work upfront so you only see options that fit — and we stay involved until the contract is signed.

01
Step One

Audit

We start with a 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no slide deck — just listening. We ask about your operations, your bottlenecks, your existing tools, and your regulatory context under the EU AI Act. We're trying to understand what you actually need, not what we'd like to sell you.

After the call, we produce your AI Fit Audit — a written assessment of which AI categories apply to your business, which don't, and why. This document belongs to you. Use it internally, share it with your board, or bring it to a tender.

Output

AI Fit Audit document — written, sector-specific, yours to keep. Typically 3–5 pages.

Audit — reviewing the brief
02
Step Two

Match

We go to our 100+ partner network and identify 3–5 suppliers that match your needs — ranked, with our rationale. Each option is assessed against your sector, your data sensitivity, your technical capacity, and your compliance obligations.

You make the final call. We never choose for you. We anonymise supplier names until you've approved the shortlist, so you're evaluating solutions, not branding.

Output

Supplier Dossier — 3 to 5 vetted options, anonymised until approved, with ranked recommendation and rationale.

Match — weighing the options
03
Step Three

Negotiate

Once you've chosen a supplier, we negotiate the contract on your behalf. This isn't advisory — we're in the room. We push for fair pricing, clear deliverables, and remedy clauses that give you recourse if performance doesn't match the proposal.

We've seen enough supplier contracts to know where the risk hides. We protect your interests at the table.

Output

Negotiated supplier contract, including SLA, performance benchmarks, and remedy or exit clauses.

Negotiate — agreeing terms
04
Step Four

Document

Every engagement is documented in a structured Compliance File — a record of your AI deployment decisions aligned with EU AI Act obligations. If you're audited, you have the paperwork. If you're tendering for a contract that asks about AI governance, you have the answer.

And once you've signed, we don't disappear. We stay involved through onboarding — making sure what was promised in the contract is what actually gets delivered. If something needs attention in those first months, we take care of it and keep you in the loop, so everything keeps moving the way it should.

You focus on your business. We make sure the supplier holds up their end.

Output

A structured Compliance File aligned with EU AI Act obligations — plus onboarding oversight until your solution is live and performing as contracted.

Document — sealing the file

Common Questions

Things people ask us.

Do you work with every type of business?

We focus on European SMEs — typically 2 to 200 employees. We have deep familiarity with healthcare, legal, real estate, retail, hospitality, and professional services, though our process adapts to any sector.

What if I already have an AI tool in place?

That's useful information. We can audit what you have, identify gaps, and determine whether your current setup is well-matched or if a different solution would serve you better.

Do I have to implement the supplier you recommend?

No. You make the final decision at every stage. Our job is to give you better options and clearer information, not to push a particular outcome.

How long does the full process take?

Most engagements complete within 2–3 weeks. The first call and audit typically take a few days. Matching takes around a week, and negotiation with the supplier usually wraps up within another week.

What is the EU AI Act and do I need to care about it?

The EU AI Act becomes enforceable in August 2026. If you operate in an EU market and deploy AI tools, you have obligations. We make sure you understand them — and that your supplier understands them too.

Do you sell any AI products yourselves?

No. We have no products to sell and no ownership stake in any supplier. Our only financial interest is finding you the right fit — which is exactly what makes our recommendation trustworthy.
